GIS Konsult Ltd. may at any time, and at its sole discretion, change, alter, or discontinue the GIS Konsult Ltd.  services provided to You or any third party customer accessing these free services.

2.2.1 Grant of Commercial Use of the Services. Upon Your payment to GIS Konsult Ltd. of the applicable license fee(s) and Your acceptance of this Agreement, You may access, download, view, copy, and print Services available on GIS Konsult Ltd. Web sites, for Your Commercial Use. As a condition of this grant of Commercial Use license, You agree to have in place a license agreement with Your third party customers the terms of which protect the Intellectual Property rights of GIS Konsult Ltd. and its licensor(s). 2.3 Improper Use of Services. Any rights not granted herein or otherwise agreed to in writing between you and GIS Konsult Ltd. are prohibited. In particular, you may not (or attempt to) (a) access Services or resources not made available to you through a standard web browser or GIS Konsult Ltd. products; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, access, or hack GIS Konsult Ltd. Services not made readily available to you (without consideration given to how reasonable the means used are to keep such secure); (c) use Services in such a manner as to adversely affect GIS Konsult’s commercial interests; (d) alter, obstruct, or remove any proprietary rights notices provided with the Services; (e) manually or systematically harvest information contained within the Service; or (f) use Services in for illegal, improper, or inappropriate purposes to post or transmit, including but not limited to.

1. Content that is abusive, vulgar, obscene, hateful, fraudulent, or that discloses private or personal matters concerning any person. This includes language, information, or images.
2. Content that is threatening, defamatory or abusive, either between forum members or directed towards a GIS Konsult Ltd. moderator, or a GIS Konsult Ltd. employee or manager.
3. “Rants,” “slams,” or legal threats against GIS Konsult Ltd. or another company or competitor.
4. Bigoted, hateful, or racially offensive comments.
5. Political or religious statements or commentary.
6. Off-topic comments not related to enterprise communities or the GIS Konsult Ltd. platform.
7. Any material that you don’t have the right to transmit under law (such as copyright, trade secret, or securities) or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as nondisclosure agreements).
8. Language that promotes illegal activity or discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them. This includes any message that solicits or promotes the use of an illegal substance.
9. Advertising, promotional materials, or other forms of solicitation including chain letters, pyramid schemes, class action suits, or charitable appeals. This includes advertising links in signatures.
